Great machine and easily my best purchase of 2022. It came wrapped in plastic to protect it while it was with Australia Post (I had to guess for a moment when it arrived to figure out what it was! :P). It is easy to use. Coming from a MyStyle, it took a bit to get used to using the start-stop button, however after 16 days, I don’t think I could live with it!.
My Pros:
– Out of the box it was easy to use
– The needle threader is a must have. My eyes are not what they were twenty years ago.
– There is a push button start-stop function (seriously, this is a must)
My Cons:
– I initially had trouble with the needle threader. I emailed support and they recommended pressing the ‘lock’ button before threading and it fix it instantly. I guess this was really my problem, not the machine’s.
– It is heavy, which is great for stability, but I don’t think I will be walking around the block with it.

Before buying this machine, I had a few questions and Adam was able to answer everything for me. I was looking for a machine that I could sew leather bags for our market stall and my wife was looking to start quilting. Originally I was going to buy a straight stitch only, however, after finding out that the S7 had a straight stitch mode, I was convinced.
AND WOW! It handles 3mm leather. I cannot sing my praises loud enough. Thank you Adam and team (and thank you for the packet of needles, they were a great suggestion!).
